Facilities for all the family

To get the most out of your family holiday and to create an atmosphere of conviviality and relaxation, the Grand Bleu has a range of leisure activities based around the lake, the pool and the games area.

These facilities are operated by an Owners’ Association and you will be able to enjoy all the facilities for a modest sum.

- A large sports and play area: table tennis, “boules”, volley-ball, swings and a multi-sports playing surface
- Water sports (natural power only to preserve peace and quiet) :

- Safe heated pool for young children and the parents.
- Well-stocked reserved fishing areas around the edge of the lake that are peaceful and away from the main attractions (large variety of white fish, carp, pike, black-bass…)

The Owners’ Association

When you buy your plot of land you also become a joint-owner of all the common parts of the site.

Just as in a co-ownership association in a block of flats, you automatically become owner of a specific proportion of the installations.
This co-ownership is managed by the Owners’ Association of which you will become a member.
The Owners’ Association is responsible for the common parts of the site and employs a caretaker year-round who is responsible for the upkeep and supervision of the site.

A monthly charge of approximately 50€ will be made to cover the costs.
